ARRIVING

  • Text us when you land at SJU. We'll send the pin and the door code, and one of us meets you at the gate if we're home. Check-in from 3pm; early arrivals can drop bags and use the garden.We deliver advisory and implementation services in strategy, operations, marketing, and technology.

  • Rent a car at SJU. PR-26 east, then PR-3 southeast toward Fajardo — 35 to 40 minutes. Public transport doesn't reach us. On-site parking for two cars at the Garden House.

  • 11am. Leave the key on the tray. If you're catching a late ferry, ask about a late check-out — usually fine midweek.

IN THE HOUSE

    • Alchemy Blooms teas (guava leaf, soursop, hibiscus, lippia alba, ylang ylang), raw sugar, Puerto Rican coffee

    • SugarKiss scrub, Awaken facial mist, DulceSueños pillow spray, herbal scalp wash, castile soap, shampoo and conditioner

    • Bamboo-cotton sheets, towels, robes, a hammock

    • An art box, journals, books, and a hand-written welcome letter

  • Yes to both. Wifi reaches the porch and most of the garden; the creek bed is intentionally out of range.

  • 10pm to 8am. The coquís are exempt. The Garden House is a retreat space; the Pool House is where the louder evenings belong.

  • Cannabis with a medical license is allowed in designated outdoor spots — tourists can apply for a license online before arriving, ask us for the link. No cigarette smoking anywhere on the premises.

POOL & GARDEN

  • The pool is private to guests There's no lifeguard, the rules are on the door hanger and posted outside the pool.

  • Yes — book a 60-minute slot at check-in. Molly cuts fresh botanicals for it each morning.

  • A small monthly tea ceremony in the garden for whoever is staying: candles, HealingHeart tea, a written intention, no phones. Dates go out in the Love Letter first

WHO CAN COME

  • Sorry, no kids allowed.

  • Sorry, no pets allowed. Please feel free to love on our fur babies Luna and Zora though.

  • Yes — the Garden House sleeps up to six across three suites, and from 2027 the Pool House adds two more. Retreat leaders, text us; we've hosted creatives and healers for years.

BOOKING

  • Directly through our booking page (best rate, no fees) or on Airbnb. Either way you're talking to us, not a company.

  • Full refund up to 14 days before arrival; 50% up to 7 days; non-refundable inside a week. Hurricane-season exceptions are always made. Full policy on the Policies page.

  • Open through August 2027, then closing so we can be in one place. Every Luquillo guest gets a returning-guest rate at Ceiba — the card is in your welcome letter.
