    There is AC in two rooms and the other two smaller rooms have high speed ceiling fans (Trust us the breeze is amazing and the ceiling fans are so good and powerful)

    • We have an exterminator every month but we are open air and you may see an occasional bug here and there. Please don't worry we promise it is just island life

    • As most older buildings we have hot water in the shower

    • This area does not often have any power or water or internet outages at all because we are in the town center. But it is still an island so it may happen for a short time but never long. We do have a generator and back up water

    • Please know this is a lively beach town and you will hear music sometimes especially on the weekend.

    • Two bedrooms have AC in this unit

  • We’re a native/local-owned homestay just one block from the beach in the heart of Luquillo. Cozyass beds are our thing, with bamboo and cotton linens, colorful local art, freshly made herbal teas, and Puerto Rican coffee. You can easily walk to surfing, local food spots, bars, and live music. Lively, creative, and authentically island, this is not a resort. It’s Puerto Rico, lived in and loved.
